Lent 2021

Lent at Holy Family this year includes:

Ash Wednesday Mass: February 17

  • 8:00 am
  • 9:30 am
  • 12:15 pm - also live streamed online at
  • 5:00 pm
  • 6:00 pm
  • 7:00 pm
  • 8:00 pm 

Registration to attend in person:

Ashes will be distributed at each Mass. This year the ashes will be sprinkled on each person's head to avoid unnecessary personal contact.



We are excited to welcome Sr. Marta & Sr. Malou from the Verbum Dei community for this inspiring Silent Guided Retreat.

Theme: "Come Back to Me With All Your Heart"

In this year dedicated to St. Joseph, let us turn to him for guidance on our Lenten journey.

Our Personal Consecration to St. Joseph starts on Monday, February 15th and ends on Friday, March 19th.

March 19th: Feast of St. Joseph

Fr. Gerard Cooper will consecrate our parish to St. Joseph at the 8:00pm Mass on Friday, March 19th.

  • 7:00pm: Stations of the Cross
  • 8:00pm: Mass and Consecration of the Parish (live stream will be available)

More prayers and devotions to St. Joseph will be made available throughout the year.



In person: Fridays @ 7:00pm

Self-Guided: Anytime

Online: Anytime

We will gather to pray the Stations of the Cross on Friday evenings.

Attendance is limited to 30 people. Pre-registration is recommended (before 4pm on Fridays):

Divine Mercy Chaplet & Devotion: Wednesdays at 3:00 pm

  • Wednesdays at 3:00 pm during Lent, from February 24 to March 24 inclusive (i.e.not on Ash Wednesday or during Holy Week).
  • Attendance is limited, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Available both in-person and live-streamed on our YouTube channel.
  • Will include the Divine Mercy Chaplet, a brief reflection from one of our priests, and some additional devotional prayers.

Regularly scheduled times for the Sacrament of Reconciliation:

  • Thursdays at 7:00 - 8:00 pm
  • Fridays at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Saturdays at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • or by appointment.

  • Saturday, March 20 at 1:00 - 4:00 pm (2 priests present)
