Baptism

(Infant to age six)

Step 1: Register

To have your child baptized at Holy Family, either:

• Fill out our Online Baptism Registration Form (preferred option)
• Download the paper baptism registration form (below), fill it out, and send it in (or drop it off at our office)
• Pick up a printed copy of our paper baptism registration form from our office, fill it out, and send in a clear picture or scan of it (or drop it off at our office)

Step 2: Schedule, Preparation, and Baptism Celebrations

We'll contact you with information about the baptism preparation process, available baptism dates, and other details after we receive your registration.

Typically, though with occasional exceptions, we schedule:

• Baptism Prepration Classes on the 1st Thursday of each month from 7:00-9:00 PM.
• Baptism of children on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 10:00 AM.
