(Infant to age six)

Step 1: Register

To have your child baptized at Holy Family, either:

• Fill out our Online Baptism Registration Form (preferred option)
• Download the paper baptism registration form (below), fill it out, and send it in (or drop it off at our office)
• Pick up a printed copy of our paper baptism registration form from our office, fill it out, and send in a clear picture or scan of it (or drop it off at our office)

Step 2: Schedule, Preparation, and Baptism Celebrations

We'll contact you with information about the baptism preparation process, available baptism dates, and other details after we receive your registration.

If you've recently celebrated a baptism with us, you're invited to sign up for our After the Plunge Program.
We'll mail out helpful resources to you about four times a year.
