Lent 2023

Lent at Holy Family this year includes:

Ash Wednesday Mass: February 22

  • 12:15 pm
  • 7:00 pm

Ashes will be distributed at each Mass.

 

 

Parish Penitential Service:

  • Friday, March 3 at 7:00 - 9:00 pm
  • See Beloved for more details.

Regularly scheduled times for the Sacrament of Reconciliation:

  • Thursdays at 7:00 - 8:30 pm (during Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament)
  • Fridays at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Saturdays at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Note: We do not have scheduled time for Reconciliation on Holy Thursday (April 6).

 

 

A Five-Week Bible Study in Lent beginning Wednesday, March 1st

Experience a deeper understanding and appreciation of God's immeasurable and inconditional love for you. Come and grow closer to Jesus than you ever have before by walking with him from his agony to crucifixion.

Self-Guided: Anytime

We will gather to pray the Stations of the Cross on most Friday evenings at 7:00pm. The Stations will often be held in the Queen of Peace Chapel (down the hallway, past the washrooms, on the left).
